Turning the Tide

Prevent Child Abuse NC board members, Zeke Bridges (kayak) and Thomas Moore (stand up paddle board), will begin their journey in Princeville, NC on April 26, 2020 and over 50 miles later, by way of the Tar River, end up in Washington, NC on April 27, 2020.

They will battle muscle fatigue, wind and the occasional snake in an effort to raise awareness, and funding for proven solutions to prevent child abuse and neglect. Zeke and Thomas have formed a friendly competition around this important journey and are asking you to choose a side and help us turn the tide.

Are you team Zeke or team Thomas? Please support them and their efforts to raise awareness and help strengthen children and families of NC.
