Exhibitor Information & Registration
Our Summit is an excellent opportunity for your organization to connect with over 400 direct service practitioners, social workers, public health professionals, non-profit directors and administrators, local and state government personnel, advocacy experts, and other professionals working with children and families from across North Carolina. By exhibiting at this event, you will be able to interact with others in your field and inform them about your products and services. This is a wonderful way to support the professionals who are directly helping North Carolina’s children grow up in safe, stable, and nurturing relationships.
Exhibit Hours and Location
- Tuesday, March 7th, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Exhibits must be set-up and ready by 8:00 am on Wednesday, March 8
Exhibit Area Hours
- Tuesday, March 7th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm *Pre-summit workshops only
- Wednesday, March 8th, from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Thursday, March 9th, from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm
- Thursday, March 9, 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
- Exhibit displays will be located in the ballroom, adjacent to the food area and breakout rooms, offering optimal exposure to Summit attendees.
Exhibit Options and Fees
PLEASE NOTE: Exhibit fee does not include Summit registration. Please register as a Summit attendee if you would like to attend workshops.
- 3’ x 6’ skirted tabletop, two chairs, and an organizational identification card:
- For-Profit Organization $300
- Non-Profit Organization $150
- Small Businesses $150
- Exhibitor Amenities:
- Additional tables - $50 each
Reserve Exhibit Space
To reserve your space, you will need the following in order to complete the registration:
- Identify any additional tables you will need
- Your contact information and information for the contact person for mailings and/or on-site contact
- A short description of your organization and your products/services
- The number of your representatives who will be working at the exhibit (with their full names)
- Your credit card information
