Increasing Awareness of Prevention

We all play a role in making sure our state is the best place for children and families to thrive. With the support of engaged communities and nurturing families, we can give every child a great childhood and ensure they grow up to become productive citizens.

We invite you to join us and show your commitment to North Carolina’s children by recognizing Child Abuse Prevention Month in April and year round. Whether you are planning a large community-wide event or just want to show your neighbors that you support children, we have tools and resources to help you create awareness of prevention and your great work!
