Human Resources Specialist

PCANC is seeking an Human Resources Specialist to support staff in areas such as benefits, staff training, compensation, recruiting, on-boarding, and orientation of new staff and interns. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on equity.

This is a full-time, remote position with regular travel to our main office in Morrisville to attend monthly staff meetings and other events as needed (currently 100% remote, due to COVID restrictions). Travel statewide may be required.

Salary Range:  $50,752 – $58,385

 

Evaluation Associate

PCANC is seeking an Evaluation Associate to assist with PCANC’s evaluation and data management processes. This role supports the development and maintenance of monitoring and evaluation plans, assessments, measurement tools, and reports, in addition to being responsible for the management of data systems. The ideal candidate will also assist in engaging with Triple P agencies receiving implementation support to coordinate and promote the use of data for successful program evaluation.
